AE Roberts is proud to offer the following policy on refunds, cancellations, and substitutions:
Guarantee & Refunds
If you attend one of our public seminars and are dissatisfied for any reason, call us for a full, no-hassle refund of your seminar fee.
Cancellations
If you cancel two or more weeks prior to the seminars, we will refund 100% of your fee. If you cancel less than two weeks in advance, you will be issued a credit certificate, less a $35 per session registration processing fee. Credits may be used toward future sessions and must be used within one year of issue.
Substitutions
Substitutions of participants are allowed at any time. Simply call us at 800-486-4585 or send an email to
substitutions@aeroberts.com
and tell us who the orginal and replacement attendees are.
