Third Party Administrators can earn a valuable "Certified TPA" designation in their area of specialty. This designation indicates that your administrative staff have completed our Training & Certification Program(s) and have earned their "Certified Administrator" designation by successfully passing the Certification Test.

To qualify for this Program, you need to have 50% or a minimum of three of your employees (whichever is greater) earn a "Certified Administrator" certification in your area of specialty. Example: A TPA with nine COBRA administrators qualifies for the Program once five of their employees have earned their "Certified COBRA Administrator" designations.

Using our Training & Certification Program ensures a valued and consistent method of training and review for new and experienced administrators alike. And our Management Tracking features is especially useful because it lets managers see (and then review with employees) incorrectly answered quiz and test questions to help ensure that the correct procedures are not only followed, but thoroughly understood!

Once earned, we provide a "Certified TPA" logo* in your area of specialty for use on your website and marketing materials. You may also use the designation in your customer meetings and proposals to help add to your firm's value proposition.
